1. The length-to-diameter ratio of the screw of the silicone tube extruder is 10:1, the compression ratio is 2.5:1, and the screw is floating type unequal distance and can be easily pushed out by hand to produce glue of different colors. It does not produce any waste or pollution of the rubber when it is cleaned or cleaned, and it is original in China.
2. The machine adopts frequency conversion motor and is equipped with Japanese original Fuji inverter. The minimum working difference can be plus or minus 0.01mm, and the product wall thickness can be less than 0.05mm.
3. Two-stage vulcanization drying tunnel completely solves the problem of product indentation and roundness. The drying tunnel is 8.5 meters, 6.5 meters or 4.5 meters. The pre-vulcanization section is 0.5 m, the tensile vulcanization section is 4 m or 6 m, 8 m, the pre-vulcanization section (front section) has a maximum temperature of 700 degrees, and the tensile vulcanization section (rear section) has a maximum temperature of 500 degrees. Under normal conditions, the drying tunnel production speed can exceed 20 m / min (depending on the size of the product). The maximum power of the 8.5-meter drying tunnel is 32 kW, and the maximum power of the 6.5-meter drying tunnel is 24 kW. The maximum power of the 4.5 m drying tunnel is 18 kW.
