Extrusion machine buying skills

The extruder is generally in sets and has a large number of devices. The price is relatively high. Therefore, we must pay attention to the following points when purchasing the extruder:
1. Look for the manufacturer. There are a lot of manufacturers who produce the extruders, which creates some confusion for the customers who want to buy the extruders. Which one is better? In fact, the most important thing for customers is to look for strong manufacturers (such as Dongpu).
2. Look at the factory. Before buying an extruder, it is best to visit the factory floor in person. There are strong manufacturers, the scale of the factory is relatively regular, the plant area is relatively large, and the factory is fully equipped.
3. Look at the business license. See if the name of the company you know is the same as the name of the company's business license company, and don't be taken into other factories.
4. Listen to word of mouth. Can allow manufacturers to provide several customers to buy equipment. Contact them yourself and ask what the equipment in this factory is. The experience that other customers have used is the best.
5. Look after the sale. If the factory is not clear after sale. After-sales service is not timely, once the problem occurs in the future, the after-sales problem is difficult to solve. This is also a tricky issue.
6. Look at the company's honor, the company's honors, relatively speaking, the company's strength is relatively strong.
7. Look at the patent, the strength of a company, especially the mechanical company, the number of patents, from the side also reflects the company's research and development strength.
8. Compare prices. The purchase of mechanical equipment can not be purely low price first, but must be combined with quality. The device must remember not to be cheap.
9. Instructions for use of the extruder.
10. Maintenance of the extruder.
